At RaQware.com, we believe in delivering our quality products in
mint condition. Should you recieve a product that is damaged due to shipping, notify the shipping
company, and be prepared to show the package and the contents for an insurance claim.
If your order is missing parts, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will promptly
rectify the shortage.
Should it be necessary to return your order, please contact us and we will take action to get a
replacement shipped to you, (contingent upon stock) Of course, we will also send you directions
on how to ship the damaged product back to us.
Products, parts and servers are not returnable after 30 days!
Orders returned and or canceled are subject to a 20% restocking/reconfiguration charge.
